I offer customer-focused home inspections guided by the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspector’s standards of practice. In many instances, my passion for helping clients go beyond the basic standards, such as climbing the roof deck (when safe) for a closer look at the condition of the roof. Licensed home inspectors are not required to climb and walk roofs to inspect per the state standards.
